Hi, I’m Tash, and alongside my husband Jacques, we’re the proud founders of ThinkJoy. Together, we’re raising two beautiful daughters, aged 1 and 3, who inspire us every single day. My journey with early childhood education began over a decade ago, working as a primary school teacher. I’ve spent years fostering young children’s growth, and I’ve seen firsthand how play can be the most powerful tool for learning and development.

When our girls came into our lives, I became even more passionate about finding toys that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy. I wanted toys that weren’t just entertaining but also enriching—that would help my daughters explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love for learning. Yet, I found it difficult to find high-quality, engaging toys that met those standards and were affordable. That’s when the idea for ThinkJoy was born.

We wanted to create a brand that provided parents and grandparents with toys that they could feel good about giving. Toys that would encourage kids to build, explore, and learn through play. We are a small, family-run business, and every order makes a real difference to us.
